  • Automatic shutter control by means of KNX building automation system.
  • Night-time cooling in summer by means of thermal aerostatics drive.
  • Geothermal collector for preheating or cooling of ventilation system air.
  • Rainwater harvesting system for irrigation of the garden.

PHPP annual heating requirement: 8.8 kWh/(m2a)
PHPP annual cooling requirement: 5 kWh/(m2a)

The house is modern, has its own high house technology, centralized ventilation system, centralized vacuum system, air conditioning with underfloor heating, an elevator that connects the 5 floors, a huge garage for 4 cars and a salted swimming pool with cover.

It is narrow but efficient and very well distributed. The house consists of a first floor with a garage, a dining room with kitchen, hall, an upper floor with 2.5 bedrooms and a roof terrace

This house has a very nice design, with three volumes that are connected between them. The main part has large windows with a sloping roof and a double store roof. The plot has a large swimming pool and an elongated pool that serves as a horizontal railing and connects the semi-basement part by a bridge.

In this case it is an interior reform. We open the living room and kitchen area to the south, we change spaces and terraces to get more space, more height and more generosity. A part of the house receives new facades with large windows and new roof.

Casa "El-Atabal"

On a plot of irregular shape, with a steep downward slop, this house is raised with the clear intention of making the most of the view to the sea. With vehicular and pedestrian access from the top, the volumes that house the different areas of the house are staggered and rotated looking for the contour lines, articulating and combining their geometry with each other, connected vertically by the staircase and elevator.
